Remote Coaching * Plan Development *

Remote climbing coaching, consultations and plan development.

I believe we become better climbers through consistent, intentional work toward our craft. Real progress takes time—which is why I encourage athletes to work with me for 6+ months. Many of the athletes I coach have been with me for more than two years, allowing us to build, adapt, and evolve their training as they grow.

I also know that long-term coaching isn’t the right fit for everyone, and sometimes you simply need direction, structure, or a fresh perspective.

That’s why I offer a few ways to work together, which you’ll find below.

Remote Coaching

Training should be adaptable because life, climbing, goals, and capacity are always changing. I believe my coaching should be adaptable, too.

  • I loved working with Chelsea. From a price/value perspective, it really can't be beat. Great bang for your buck if you want true 1:1 coaching

  • Outside of the obvious climbing unlocks (better ability to read routes, improved movement library, etc.) what I appreciated most was Chelsea's holistic approach to climbing and consideration of all factors of my life that might be contributing to my climbing performance (or lack thereof).
